WOMEN IN TECH WEEK

Education Meets Media: Women Using Tech to Build What’s Next

What if you could step inside a virtual learning experience, then take a seat in front of the cameras and become part of a live podcast recording?

Join us for an interactive evening with two women founders using technology to create real impact in education, business, and media.

Nakeisha Washington, founder of Nyla Nova, invites you to experience the EdTech tools, STEMventures platform, digital learning experiences, and virtual reality technology she is building for young learners. You will get to explore the technology yourself while discovering how it can strengthen STEM education, support educators, expand learning beyond the classroom, and create global impact.

Victoria Odekomaya, founder of LiMStudios, uses media and production technology to make the expertise of women in business visible, so that being excellent at what you do turns into being found and chosen. You will step behind the scenes of a live, multi-camera video podcast production inside a state-of-the-art 3,000 square foot working production studio, and experience how cameras, lighting, audio, teleprompter, and production technology come together to create an episode in real time.

Then you join the conversation. Your voice becomes part of the episode as we explore one question together:

How are you using technology to create impact?

LiMStudios: 8025 Castleway Drive, Suite 103, Indianapolis Friday, September 18, 2026

Come ready to try the technology, connect with other women, exchange ideas, and experience what it feels like to create a video podcast in real time.

Whether you work directly in tech, use technology to build within another industry, or are simply curious about what is possible, you are invited. Allies are welcome.

This event will be filmed, and attendees may appear in the recording.
